I'm quite worried about my health at the moment. I'm worried that I might have two cancers in two different parts of my body. One being skin cancer, and the other being mouth cancer

Swelling around the sides of your neck, near the jaw should be the swelling of the lymph nodes, and is a sign of infection, m'dear. Do see a doctor! As for the ulcer under the tongue, you should also ask the doctor about it. Chances are that he/she will have to lance it for you, in order for it to heal. :/
