Dude, who the crap is all in "the band"? Supposedly, everyone including myself is under the delusion that I'm going to "play" the drums, Phil plays the GEE-TAR fo-sho, and Josh and James both play some stringed instrument... hopefully one of them plays bass. I'm guessing you're up for keyboards/piano/vocals?

I vote myself out and abdicate the drummer's throne to Phil, the snare-man. I mean, I was thinking about this in the shower, and whoever is the bassist is going to murder me by impaling me with one of my sticks before the rest of you even get a chance to veto me.

But hey, we'll try it, you'll see how much I suck, and I'll hand over my sticks. I'm so optimistic, aren't I?
