So, did you Pole down the Mekong then or was there an outboard? Sounds fantastic and hope you remember stuff so you can give hints on what to do/see, not do/see. Did the elephant keep sniffing you? - apparently they do that so they know when they get different riders. Lovely to see you haven't lost your knack of descriptive prose...and if you didn't get my text yep we [and patch and chickens]all well and Italy was better than we'd hoped for
