He does a weird thing with his eyes, something he’s grown accustomed to do lately, and somehow expects Xabi to understand. Xabi says, “I still don’t know what you mean when you do that,” and Sergio’s eye expressions turn into a glare, which Xabi can read very well.

Fernando gets up, wraps a blanket around his waist and walks over to him. He kisses the back of his neck, and Sergio lets out the breath he was holding in. He leans back against him a bit, and Fernando presses another kiss to his neck.

I love that this story gives the reader so much to work with: so many characters with distinct personalities and stories, like I feel attached even to Cayetano and Jose. And I love that it's funny and hot and romantic and angsty and all kinds of sad when they talk about how bullfighting has affected their lives. I don't know a thing about bullfighting, but now I feel like I'm in their world. Great story. ♥

Sergio smiles in approval. His eyes travel down his torso. He licks his lips. Everyone notices, and Fernando can only grin. Villa interrupts, “I’m Villa, by the way. If you were wondering, you know,” and Xabi chuckles, because Sergio really doesn’t care.

He glares when they all burst out in laughter, pulls out his phone and starts texting random people about his anger.

Such a child haha.

“Some guy,” Sergio shrugs, face hardening.

RUDE He grins at him, and Villa, who’s on his other side, can only roll his eyes. “Get a room,” he mutters. Fernando laughs, brushes his fingers against Sergio’s.

Villa says, “Mine does too,” a pause. “Does this mean you’ll fuck me with your eyes now too?”
