The writer doesn't mention what must be done with the components of structural units that somehow fail to make the grade, or how to assess component provider potential. Behind every tag, every web app, every CMS install, there is at least one provider; sometimes many. Though they're largely fungible, and limitless in availability, the core reality is that providers may have scant situational utility. It does no good to pretend otherwise.
Which means, sadly, some kind of skull fucking may be necessary. They may have to be shunned and cut off from social networks. It might be reasonable to hint that they're unstable, unsuitable for some task or suggest that they harbor some sociopolitical disorder. Maximal corporeal interruption is not entirely out of the question, provided it can be done responsibly.
