So I'm home again. I always am a bit down after coming back from a trip. Nothing really seems to have changed here since I've been gone. Yeah I agree with you about trips. Though for me I usually feel drained after trips and can't do anything for the rest of the day.

But if you are worried about things being blah, that is only temporary. Soon you'll be on another continent! That is sure to be exciting!

South Africa is going to be amazing! Strength and courage!

But how was your trip?

My trip was lovely. It was so nice to see everyone! And there was hiking (climbing over boulders and fun and exciting scrambling) and peach picking and pizza baking and county fair going and humming birds and chickens and fresh honey and tomatoes.

Are you back home now? How was your trip? Hopefully lots of fun. We should get together for dinner and frolicking (and backpack examining if you're still up for it).

*Much love*

That sounds amazing. Country fairs! Peach picking! Fresh honey! Yum!

I'm actually still in Vancouver -- we decided to extend my visit since I'm not going to Peru. I'll be back next Tuesday, after which point we'll definitely have to get together for dinner and frolicking (and backpack examining if I'm still up for it). Actually, I need to find some single flat sheets to turn into a comforter cover, and I'm planning to go to Century 21 which is right near your camping store. So we could accompany each other on our chores if you like!

Here's some love. Yeah, I hear you on feeling like you're missing out on stuff...but at the same time, keep in mind that South Africa is supposed to be enhancing your semester, not depriving you of it...and you'll get to come back and do all the normal W&M stuff in the fall.

Mmmm, point taken. I hearby declare that the fall sucks anyway. Here's to autumnless winters that melt into springs (and summers).
