Mrr. Woke up abruptly and can't get back to sleep. But I've been meaning to update this anyway. Preferrably with something not what I'm about to ask, but now I'm getting a little worried ( Read more... )

Are you overreacting? It depends how thin you're really getting. If you don't have enough fat on you to get you through one bout of the flu, you ought to see a doctor.

It's fairly common to lose weight in the spring when we no longer need it to keep warm. Again, it's a matter of degree.

Well, it is commonly said that it is easier to lose weight than it is to gain. If there is nothing you are doing, new meds? new excersizes? different foods?, that would obviously cause you to lose weight, I would be a little concerned. Depending on the pace of how fast you are losing the weight. Maybe you should go get checked out, just in case.
