Ran the Terry Fox 10km today on base. It was great and I kept a really nice pace throughout.
Feeling like total shit today. Allergies. I can hardly see and my mouth is irritated. BOOOOOooo. :(

My allergies have been NASTY these past few days :( I wake up with my eyes swollen shut and my nose completely blocked. Gah. It's awful.
