So I was listening peacefully to Upside Down by A * Teens (shut up). on iTunes. The volume is a bit low on the song so I had my speakers up to full volume to hear it properly.

I forgot the songs ended 10 seconds to early due to iTunes default.

So all of a sudden

I have my QUEST testimony on Thursday. Our final presentation. Without passing, we cannot hope to graduate in June.

I have not yet started on my powerpoint or speech or anything.

I think I'm taking it for granted that I earned 100% on both, my service and experience presentations, before.

So I'm in the library yesterday--ten minutes to closing--and I realize with annoyance that my mother isn't going to pick me up from school until another half hour. What could I do for that half hour, I thought? Listening to my iPod has gotten boring, especially since I can't sing along.

I just installed Photoshop and I have absolutely no idea how to use it. Isn't that marvelous? I'm having fun learning, though.

Things to Do:
-call Iyabo and schedule a time to volunteer at shelter
-call Washington Hospital and inquire about how to verify my community service hours

I wrote an 473-work essay that was supposed to be 500 words in ten minutes during study hall the period before it was due. This is what happened when I got it back:

My dad rented the movie yesterday, and I, being so bored and not wanting to do homework or sleep (or even eat dinner, for that matter) saw it with him. I'm so stressed out I'm scared about college I'm scared about graduation I need to lie down I need to sleep QUEST is almost over but oh god I must bring up those grades I must prove to UCSD I am not an illegal immigrant so much to do so little time to do it because I need sleep too Yes yes yes  I need to sleep

Yesterday, Tuesday, was one of the most stressful days of my life for various reasons, but all QUEST related.

So.

Tour to San Diego next week! The choir leaves Thursday and will come back on Sunday. I'm so screwed. I don't know the music (again). But is it my fault that our teacher picked so many songs? I'm in chamber chorale, the most advanced group ( Read more... )
