is good. My stress levels are way down, due to a number of factors; work is good, its easy to get around places, Fran is awesome, house is great, weather is great, things are working out just fine

anytime you want to come up, just drop me a line and catch the train...it goes right by my place. I'm hoping to have a killer New Years party here, seems that folks just don't 'do anything special' for NY and that's going to end!
