It's strange how other people ask me for advice and I give it, yet when I ask for it, they tell me to figure it out for myself.

When other people have suffered depression, say, I have tried not to say clueless things to them.

Perhaps what needs to be remembered is not the percieved inperfection of the help offered, but that they cared enough to offer, to try. All we can ever expect in life is that others care, not that the caring be perfect.
