Mind gift: Go ahead! Rome is incredibly simple minded, stony to a fault, and is not much of a thinker.

Speed/Cloud: Again, no problems! Rome's fast as well, but nowhere near that fast, so he might be able to catch a glimpse of him, but certainly not to catch up with him. And flying is awesome man ;D HIS VAMPIRES DON'T DO THAT, so he'll be very 'wtf' about it.

Spell gift: Rome has had training to withstand psychological torture- so he's pretty good on being able to defend himself against external forces trying to harm his psyche, but I'm not sure about actual telepathy-stuff? Like I said before, he's got a very one-track mind and isn't particularly complex. So... idk? I'd say probably, but in the event that it happens, poke me and we'll work out the details. <3
