It's an event week. -=Looks tired as shit.=-

The Animus are good at making things look, realistic. -=He adamently refuses to think he's really home and this is a fantasy.=-

I can tell, though one of my kind would never end up in an asylum. It feels hellishly real, but I just can't believe it as soon as I awake.

[He smiles] Though there are times I would like to remain asleep.

You don't sleep well, or normally sleep at all?

I sleep well during the day, but not so much after the sun goes down. I slept for a long time recently, and I don't like wasting more time asleep.

As much as I do not wish to doubt it, I am afraid I am finding myself doing so more and more each day. It - both places feel completely real whilst I am there.

As I understand, this is the skill of the animus. I even doubt myself on occasion. This is such a strange world, and still so new to me, it seems that it could be just the conjectures of a mad man.

The Animus are most skilled in making one think and feel differently to their usual manner and habits. But, to my knowledge, they have not invaded dreams before. Hence - I worry that such things are true, and that this place may not be as real as I have thought before.

Isn't that just a way to make you think differently?

The only pity is that one never realizes that they are mad.

Isn't that the point? It's what the Animus always do.

True. I am not as bothered as this as I was by the traps, though it makes me marvel at the powers these Animus hold.

The traps, at least, were something that can be escaped.

They were, though one got to me that was far worse than the generic ones. I do not think I would be able to have made this video if I had not had the help of a friend.

Are you still at the "doubting" stage of denial?

Considering these dreams, denial in what direction?

Either way. What do you believe?

I'm not sure, though I am leaning towards this being the truth.

What does it matter either way?
