poor Jae knowing and helping keep Yoochun's illness a secret is taking its toll on him to T_T but i still wonder what's Yoochun's illness for him to be so sick, and so Min is Yoochun's doc(?)

Not really, no. min isn't his doctor, but he will appear again in the fic so you'll know who he is XDD
