Summary: JaeJoong finds himself missing Yunho after their big fight two days earlier. Yunho then decides to send messages to his lover and convey his true feelings for him in a new way, through the different colors of roses.
01.| Pink
JaeJoong reluctantly got out of bed the next morning, swinging his feet across the bed and swiftly onto the floorboard beneath him. He looked over on the other side of the bed. No one.
Their fight before wasn’t anything major really, but both boy’s said things that they regretted and so they needed time to cool off.
But instead of cooling off, JaeJoong just found himself missing his boyfriend more and more each day. He just wanted Yunho to come back home to him where he knew he belonged.
He strolled into the kitchen to make himself a pot of coffee. As he passed the small island in the middle of the room, he spotted a lively, beautiful, single, deep pink rose lying on the tabletop.
He walked over to it and lifted it up to smell its scent. It smelled fresh and green, as if it had just been pulled out of the ground early this morning.
JaeJoong’s eyes fell on the small card that he found underneath the rose that read:
JaeJoong-ah,
Thank you for everything you've done for me. You don't know how grateful I am towards you.
I promise to find a way to repay you for all that you have given to me, including your love.

“This is from Yunho?” JaeJoong thought out loud. He flipped the card over to see if there was anything else written at the back, but there wasn’t.
JaeJoong read the card over and over in his head and smiled. He wondered if this meant Yunho wasn’t mad at him anymore. But if he wasn’t, then why didn’t he just come out here in person?
JaeJoong brushed it off and skipped happily into the bathroom to get ready for work.

Pink roses signify elegance, gentility, and poetic romance, without the seriousness signified by red. Pink roses are more light-hearted than red and can signify mere admiration or sweetness of thought. Light pink roses can signify both sympathy and friendship, while dark pink is symbolic of appreciation and thankfulness.

Ok, for those of you who read my fics, then you would know this is something very different from what I’m used to writing. So if theirs any failed!fluff later on, then I do apologize.
