Its a bit confusing, but Yunho sees them as divorced because of Jae running away and doesn't want to have anything to do with them sorta thing :))

ohhhh..hahaha...then YH's not really his ex-husband..just separated..glad to know that.....I thot you literally meant that they're already divorced and then JJ had the accident...thanks for clearing that up...there were so many ways to prove to JJ that he is indeed YH's husband (marriage license, wedding photos/video, pictures, etc.) as well as NY's mother (DNA test) so I'm still confused as to why JJ would still choose to run away....I guess he was just scared and in denial...i guess even if YC wanted to marry JJ, it wouldn't be technically possible since Yunjae never got an official divorce...phew!=P
