Dear The Cape Writers:

I know you think you were all sudden and mysterious and twisty, but I saw that coming 20 episodes ago. And your show hasn't been running for that long. Just so you know.

PS - Rollo and Max are still awesome.

I haven't seen "The Cape," even though I keep meaning to watch it, mostly 'cause I like James Frain. But I've had that, "Oh, really? This is the Big Plot Twist?" feeling from time to time.

Jim says it's because I write so I'm always thinking (even when I don't think I'm thinking) about the plot and where it could go. Maybe that's why you were so far ahead of them.

I like the Cape. It's fun and campy, doesn't require too much effort and attention.

While I'd like to say I caught on early because I'm so awesome, they just make it really obvious really early.

Yeah, it looked like fun. And, listen to me, kiddo: You are not a good judge of your own awesomeness, obviously. You just *think* they made it obvious early. That's the line to take. You = awesome not Them = obvious.

Sheesh, this younger generation. *grin*
