In which I struggle with the creative process

I used to write all the time when I was younger. I remember writing when I was five and my mom took me to a performance of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I wrote prolifically in middle school, high school, and into college. I identified myself as a writer, and there was never a doubt that I would make it as one professionally

I went twenty years without writing and then slowly, slowly started again. It was hard. Hang in there. One word at a time.
