So I found out today, via a beautiful little poster in Rohs Street Cafe, that the Seedy Seeds are playing Southgate house on february third with The Sheds and The Great Depression. That particular lyric is actually "I was born a prisoner in your dungeon of FLESH." Not as random or silly that way, but still a good time. :)

I've seen Electric Six twice, once in 2004 and once again in 2006 (roughly a year ago?)

I do like them. They were really fucking fun the first time I saw them, the second time they did seem a bit more tired. Perhaps I buy into the indie-snobbery thing, however, that being mainly because i'm coming to hate a lot of indie rock. Shit drives me nuts these days, all the reproductions of the same damn thing.

I'm optimistic for E6, however. They really never fail to entertain.
