back on track!

With grim determination not to miss any more long runs, I went to the track today. My original intention was 10-12 miles, but I decided once I got there that I should only do 8. Man, my mom tried for YEARS to get me to use my inhaler before I needed it when running. Poor mom. As a grownup I now see how well it works. Glad it is helping you. Asthma = crap.

When I was running I found it would take about 3 runs to get back to my normal speed after taking some time off. Your body will remember, it just takes a little extra motivation. Great job getting back into it, I'm rooting for you!
