I've had the first verse of the Jabberwocky stuck in my head for several days now. For some reason this made me look at the Wikipedia entry on Jabberwocky (as you do). I don't think I realised that 'chortled' and 'galumphing' were words that came from it. You learn something new every day

Yep, they have those whizzy features on the Link buses in Auckland. Apparently the multiple-cameras-showing-views-of-the-road-and-the-inside-of-the-bus thing is meant to be a safety feature. Not sure if that's meant to be safety for people who get stuck in the door and then the bus takes off, or more CCTV-like to deter vandals/muggers/etc. Maybe both? Or more things I haven't thought of?
