Certain chords, chord changes. The very last "Amen" at the end of Scarlatti's Dixit Dominus is perfect. There's a little snippet in Britten's Wedding Anthem. There's a piano chord change in Counting Crows' Anna Begins.
I think, though, that my favourite sound is singing in a choir, joining my voice with a big harmony. I love it.
