You can get around being infected (and yes I do mean infected, these are essentially semi-malicious viruses), but man I'd just stay away until this shit dies the horrible death it deserves

All I have to say is when I get my Pentium M based iBook that runs windows inside of some wacky Apple vmware clone (go check digg or slashdot for the article, I'm too lazy to look it up), I better be able to sandbox it away from this bullshit.
