I wouldn't try to kill you for a couple of reasons. First, I would agree on almost everything especially killing The Darkness. However, some more people need to be slowed. For example, Jenna Jamison (which is the hottest porn star ever), the makers of Club Dread and Supertroopers, Kevin Smith, and a lot of other porn stars, actors, and all around entertainers.

However, who is to say immortality would cause people to go crazy. Knowing they could live forever as long as they pleased you (since you control said device). Even you yourself would go mad with power and would start to kill for pleasure. You may start searching for reasons to justify another kill. You'd wipe existence clean except yourself. You'd then go crazy with loneliness not having anyone to talk to and thus commit suicide because Brehnt, suicide is the only way out.
