Somehow, I totally forgot about this space of mine.
But how times have changed.
A new life. A new phase. A new chapter begins. -
Sundown Marathon 2009
A marathon completed in 5 hrs 15 mins.
Hmm.
Of course, it pales in comparison to Beks' uber awesome timing of 3 hr 49 mins clocked during her Standard Chartered '08 run.
But, finding out that I came in 77th out of a whopping 738 women in my category really did make things a little better!
I am top 100! =)

The long weekend is over.
Sigh.
And with the extra 24 hrs given to us, I end up having more time to think about my life and my fears.

What happens when you start to sleep and not wake up?
So this is it..
1 week of solace with no family members around,
I spent it sleeping and sleeping and sleeping.
I skipped gym. I skipped work. I skipped the routine that used to govern my life.
It's almost as if I went back to the days where I just kept sleeping; not wanting to wake up and face reality.
I know this state of mind.
