I think that it needs a bit of retouching and that, as a rule, if you have to slow down a scene so much that it barely moves, you shouldn't use that scene. but that's just me. it really disrupts the flow of a vid for me if suddenly the film practically stops moving just to fill a spot.
but i really like the choice of music and the way a lot of the film matches the music (the up on your shoulders bit/dancing bit). I think you have a great idea, but you have to re-watch it a million times to make sure you have all those little film skips out.
