(Not ironic or sarcastic - I do know a bit (a very small bit) about far East medical traditions, and I take Qi Gong lessons, so I am interested.)

Well Reiki is an ancient Buddhist form of hands-on healing. But you can also send it to people away from you, through time, anywhere.

I am learning yet - but hoping to help lots of friends and others.

(Maybe I should tell Giirov, my lover, about it. He has taken several massage classes, and I am profiting from them, but alas, not too often, because we have a far-distance relationship.)
