They certainly cannot be described as pearls... nor probably as wisdom but indulge me1) The less often that you fail, the more your failures prey on you. It used to be just part of who you were, but now that you have succeeded, not succeeding every time is suddenly a big deal

Eyebrows. But then I'd say that because my job is advocacy and marketing. If my job didn't involve meeting new people on a daily basis, I'd go for a clean house. :)

My job is maybe the opposite of advocacy and marketing. But wouldn't intimidating eyebrows actually help you in your job?

Not when I am trying to appeal to their better side and get them to cough up money for our projects. People [read men] seem to be more inclined to open their wallets when one looks conventionally pretty.

Wow...

I'm lost for words. I would never be confident or comfortable enough to do that. For another thing, my train journey is only 8 minutes long, at which point I change onto a bus for about 15 minutes. And Helsinki is such a small city, I'm on the train and bus with people that either I worked with in the past, work with now, or will work with in the future.

But mainly, I'm a coward.

Alternatively, do the eyebrows then use them to reinforce you as you glare at someone else until they do the housework.

Apart from living in a messy house with out-of-control eyebrows, I'm pretty okay :)

I keep seeing your double, she has moved in somewhere in the neighbourhood. I've done so many double takes when I go past her that she looks at me weirdly now. Or maybe she knows my double.
