Yup. Cortisol is tricky, though, 'cause your body needs it to function properly as well. Too little is as bad, if not worse, than too much. And it's really difficult to keep in balance...especially with a stress-monkey nature, in your case, or autoimmune issues, in my case. Not so much fun.

Hope you're able to find ways of de-stressing and therefore feeling better. Being sick all the time sucks.
