It was my first time leading without a co-leader, and I had to lead the band on my own. Terrible at band dynamics and the technical aspects of music, I remember feeling very stressed during our practice. Seeing how other more gifted musicians lead the band in terms of rhythm, sound and music, I felt thoroughly inadequate
