FRENCH RASPBERRY DUCK

Nothing this simple should be allowed to be so impressive. The sauce alone fascinates me: bright red with brick-hued swirls and slight hints of orangy electricty where the tomato has met the garlic. Amazing. I can't wait to make this. I bought raspberry vinegar on a whim awhile ago, now I know what to do with it!
