FRENCH BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE TART
Serves 8

1 frozen 9-inch pie shell
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup milk
7ozs fine dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder

I just made this. I used Hachez 77% and had to top it with freshly whipped cream. Yum.

I have another one in the oven as I type this. Vivani 72%. I imagine it will be just as tasty and velvety.

I best go put the whisk and bowl in the freezer for the whipped cream . . . mmmmm.
