another school year out of high school, the same as the last. everyone partially loses touch for a few months till christmas, then loses touch again. I just wonder at times like this when we all lose touch for good

tell me about it. im working 50 hours a week and gas prices are through the roof. my social life decided to take a seat.

that's fine, this post isn't about you guys not coming over, I understand that everyone has demanding jobs and I don't hold that to you or anyone else. It's just how everything is turning out, and I worry for the groups future and my future in our group. I know we all probably promised ourselves not to end up like our parents and forget all our good friends but I'm beginning to see what they meant in a new light. This isn't by choice that we're slowly leaving everyone else behind, it's how our lives are turning out and we're next to powerless to stop this slow deterioration. So it looks like our parents may be right, but not how we saw this at first. And what the fuck is wrong with these gas prices, do we really need a war and a hurricane releif process at the same time? I don't mind gas going up so that everyone pays a part in helping the thousands of homeless but I do fucking mind paying more for this gay ass war that's gone on for too long. Let those fuckers run their own country, that's what they should be doing now, not leaving
