Today is my day off and I really should be doing something productive today but do not feel like it. Oh well. I've been meaning to give you an update on my daughter's hiring at Subway. As it turns out, she does not have the job there. Becky kept trying to get intouch with the manager to see what or when her training hours were gonna be/start. I'd forgotten how much FUN it is to have a job. Not sure if this was the best step for me but I keep telling myself that at least I have a job. It wasn't the first choice on my list but since there have been 3 rounds of layoffs since january that it was pretty immediate that I get one just in case. I'll find out today or tomorrow whether I got the job at our local KMart. It will be nice to make a little extra money to get ourselves out of the whole we are in. It's only part time. My wonderful husband has now lost 20lbs! Yipeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so proud of him.

Will be going in for a job interview on Thursday. Wish me luck. Kinda nervous about it but also excited. Finally getting off my butt and doing something. Been out of circulation for far too long.

I just found out today that the Akron Zips have made it into the NCAA March Madness tournament. Good luck Zips!
