When last we joined Dave, he was getting over a flu while preparing to clean up his ransacked storage unit. The ten days or so since then has been pretty damned busy to say the least. God, her mom sounds like mine. Coincidentally, mine turns 61 next month. Maybe it's a generational thing with the Baby Boomers? No saving, no preparing, taking everything for granted and not even fathoming that things could go wrong. I wonder what part of history ingrained that behavior?

On the bright side, the whole weather/illness thing is a myth; temperature and humidity have nothing to do with the contraction of bacteria and viruses and whatnot, or the worsening of any of the resulting conditions.
