Or at least, I don't remember anything useful. My dreams rarely have an end, so they have that in common with the stories in my head. I too have had a couple banging around in there for decades with no ending to be found. Thanks for sharing that.

On the other hand, sometimes my dreams involve more emotion then event, and I touch on certain emotions more strongly when I am asleep. So that has been useful to my writing a couple of times.
