So Monday I sent out an email to the devil professor (the one that I still had to finish correcting exams for his class last fall) telling him that I was done with my exams and ready to show him that I had learned enough to pass his stupid class. Wait, what disease? Are you okay? Is it Celiac's? (My cousin has that.)

Also, might you be at homecoming in September, by any chance?

Unfortunately I will be in classes September :( so I won't be able to come to Michigan. I will also be studying for the comprehensive exam so that I can become an official PhD candidate so that will be crazy.
Actually the disease is Chron's. They believe it is partially hereditary and partially environmental factors (like stress) that bring it on and I bet mine came as a result of stress. So now I can't eat fresh vegetables or fruits or caffeine along with other sources of fiber, at least until it clears up a little.
I am sorry I won't get to see you at Homecoming! I will let you know the next time I am in Michigan and we can catch up. I miss seeing your smiling face and I think about you sometimes. How are things going? I hope you are well!
