I'm quite happy with the body that biology gave me, but this fic managed to put me in Sherlock's shoes. I really felt for him and I wanted to clock Mycroft for his stunt in the hospital. I seriously shouted "Don't fucking call him 'Sharon'!" at my screen, confusing my roommate who'd just woken up.
