This was just fascinating. I especially loved this paragraph:

Sherlock Holmes stands on the ledge. You point the scope at him idly. You could kill him now. You could end this now but you won't because it's not a part of the plan and Jim hates when you deviate from his plans.

I love how we actually do get to see Moran here, he's the assassin after John. That's much more satisfying than the episode where it's not clear whom he is (just that he doesn't live in with Moriarty). :)

Holy hell, I love you, I hope you know. I usually can't give a flying fuck about Moran, but this is excellent - a really subtle and highly nuanced look into his psyche and his relationship with Moriarty, where nothing is explicit but everything is there. Well done, as always!
