[Oz's voice is a little odd; he still sounds a little stuffy and somewhat worse for wear, but the usual sunniness is there.]

[He gives the pot another quick stir.]

It's just a simple beef stew, but it's hearty enough that it should be good for someone who's been under the weather lately.
