No, handwaving is fine. There's no one to interview him for the job anyway, as most employees are NPC. Just let us know if there's a subject in particular he'll be teaching.

No, no. Handwaving is fine. It's really only if muns want to interact that they can. And as you said - there's no one at the library at the moment so Wesley doesn't really have anyone to bounce off in that regard.
