He put a hand up and tugged briefly on his lower lip, remembering the kiss. It was a kiss he probably wouldn't forget. His mind really was elsewhere, so he wasn't paying much attention. It was no surprise really that he suddenly tripped over some person's feet, but he managed to catch himself before he fell, frowning in annoyance, probably more at himself than anyone else. An irritated and harsh expletive fell from his lips as he righted himself and glanced at the guy. He nearly didn't apologise. He couldn't always quite shake his past. But still, he glanced at the guy and cleared his throat. "Sorry," he muttered.

"It's alright, no harm done. James Potter," he smiled as he stood up and stuck out his hand. No use resorting to schoolboy antics and hexing just yet, might as well meet the guy first and go from there.
