My apartment is really warm, usually around 75 degrees. I don't pay for the heat, and don't even have any control over the heat, so it's even economical and karmically good heat. Consequently, I sit around naked a lot. I enjoy being naked. I drink lots of water and eat healthfully and take vitamins, so I have really soft skin. Plus, it's great ( Read more... )

hrm...this post inspired me to take up yoga! I want to look good naked too! So I went to your website and was actually quite impressed by what I saw....I would TOTALLY take your class if I was in the Ithaca area.

Ha-and about the watch what you pose on LJ . Sooo I went to a job interview and the day before the interview I wrote about it in LJ, saying the company's name and how I wasn't that excited about it but "I'm getting fat sitting on my but so it'd be good to get out of the house (or something to that extent)". Yeah. apparently the company has this scanner system that picks up when it is mentioned on the internet and all of the designers read my pathetic little LJ INCLUDING the woman who interviewed me.
haha so as you can imagine...they DIDN'T hire me. BUT good life lesson.

I actually once lost a friend due to a total misunderstanding on livejournal. I'm also totally paranoid of what I post on facebook et al. Its just peculiar how things you post online wind up ALL OVER THE PLACE.

Yoga is about so much more than getting better looking naked. It's also about getting to love your body for what it is and what it isn't instead of wishing it was something else, or looked a different way. It cultivates compassion and love for your body for what it can do and your relationship with it as much as it makes you look objectively better too.
