so... do you do the protein shake before or after a workout? I always feel sorta sick if I like have something like more then a half a cup of milk and then go running or do anything, specaly in high heat...
or is the option a more watered down less lactos-fatty protein? (I like fat btw cuz im like 4lbs soaking wet and can use all I can get)

High fat protein is ok as long as you don't overdue fat in your normal diet.
