The animal use protocol for the fish collection I've been doing for the Ohio Dept. of Ag. was approved just before Christmas. The subcontract arrived in an amount almost US$2,000 more than I had requested, so I have to rework my budget to appease the OSU Research Foundation before I can put the contract in place

I wonder what the probability is that Mr Shively was either dead or incapacitated _before_ his vehicle entered the intersection?

We mused on that very thing, that Mr. Shively may have suffered a stroke or heart attack and rolled into the intersection against the light because of loss of control of his facilities and his foot coming off the brake. I don't think I'll ever know.
