Can't help you here. Of all my marriages only one, the last one, lasted as long as 20 years. And that happened a few years ago. Forgot what I did, but a good bouquet of flowers should do the trick. This year it is going to be my 25th, a silver wedding I am told. I'll figure it all out, I am sure.

I'd buy her a nice lute or a mandolino. It's always nice to provide your beloved spouse with something that she never even realized she needed, but unconsciously yearned for for 20 years.
