that's pretty much everything I think about it.

I guess I think that rolling the USA back to how it was before GWB would be a change for the better, not necessarily for the USA, but for the world in general.

We're entering this competition that may get us a free trip to washington to see the inauguration, which would be pretty interesting, I think. and would also be a free trip back home for ang plus US$1000 spending money. I really hope we win it.

I agree that if he's elected that it will most likely be a roll-back to pre-dubya policies but I think things like the war on terra will continue on mostly untouched.

that's what will be interesting to find out about. I think the economy is such a big deal in everyone's minds that it would be a great tool to use to quietly stop talking about terrorism and slowly wrap everything up. I hope that's what he does.

i would like it too if that were the case.
as much as i dislike dubya i think he had little to do with the economy's collapse. it's like blaming ronald mcdonald when you get a bad burger.

I suppose but I also think that those who would vote for him simply because he's black are no better than those who wouldn't vote for him because he's black. It is still judging someone on their colour of skin.

it's like applying 'girl power' to politics. i think that's the funny thing about democracy. if i vote for a candidate because i think they're better for being taller, having a better haircut, because the voices in my head say they're better, etc then my vote is still as valid as anyone else's.
