As previously stated, technological progress scares me a little. Yet the spam filter on my letter box is doing a good job, shielding the unwanted information and burying it forever in the trash tin. Still every now and then I would receive a letter offering some lasting longer enlargement replicas, or - the best restaurant in the world.

El Bulli, and chef Ferran Adria in particular, is making some tremendous and innovative strides that are now rippling out into the rest of the culinary world. I recently watched a segment hosted by Anthony Bourdain about chef Ferran Adria. The work that he and his crew do is truly avant garde. If you've not seen it yet, do so. It's pretty easy to find on YouTube just by searching for "El Bulli."
Oh the things I would sacrifice just for a dining experience at that restaurant!
