Tamago-Tofu Salad =D

Okay. To cheer myself up. I decided to replicate the Unagi Tofu Salad which my sister and I shared at Shokudo The Coffee House,  yesterday. It had Unagi, raw tofu, tamago, jap cucumbers, sesame seeds & the usual veggies you see in any salad. It was quite good. And affordable too, its money-worth relatively to most cafes which overcharge and giveyou
