I have lost four pounds already!!! I have been doing the slim-fast shakes for lunch and dinner. They taste pretty good, but don't really fill you up as much as I'd like. My exercise bike should arrive today, so then that can be added into the mix. There is still a long way to go, but a little early success is always encouraging!
